Recipe: Vegetable Kheer!


Ingredients:
  • Carrot - 200 grams
  • Coconut - 1/2 
  • Ash Gourd/ Chow Chow/ Cucumber - 200 grams
  • Greens (Coriander/Curry Leaves/Siru Keerai/Arai Keerai/Manathakali Keerai) - 50 grams
Preparation:
  • Peel vegetables and cut it in to small pieces
  • Add the vegetables and greens in the mixer/juicer - add 200 ml of water and juice it 
  • Filter using a white cloth and serve
*No need to add any sweetener
