Recipe: Vegetable Kheer!
Ingredients:
- Carrot - 200 grams
- Coconut - 1/2
- Ash Gourd/ Chow Chow/ Cucumber - 200 grams
- Greens (Coriander/Curry Leaves/Siru Keerai/Arai Keerai/Manathakali Keerai) - 50 grams
- Peel vegetables and cut it in to small pieces
- Add the vegetables and greens in the mixer/juicer - add 200 ml of water and juice it
- Filter using a white cloth and serve
*No need to add any sweetener
