Recipe: Beetroot, Cucumber Salad!
Beetroot - 250 grams
Cucumber - 500 grams
Tomato - 150 grams
Corriander - 30 grams ( finely chopped)
*Usual Salad Servings Approx 200-300 grams/person.
Preparation:
- Peel and Cut Beetroot into fine pieces.
- Cut Cucumbers(with peel) into fine pieces - This salad is made with a Food Processor, Make sure to chop & grate into fine pieces while doing it manually.
- Finely chop Tomatoes and Corriander (Manually)
- Mix the Preparations and Serve it in a Bowl with a Spoon
*No need to add any spices/salt/lemon/oil to the salad. It is Tasty in its Natural Form.
