Wellness Game 3: Get in touch with Happiness



In my experience, "State of Awareness to the Self" is the very fist step towards Wellness. Check in Practices enhances Awareness and guide us intuitively in the path of Wellness.

My mentor Dr Arun Sharma says "Our Physical, Mental & Spiritual Health is one and inseparable", With out addressing the Mental Ailments & Injuries the path towards Wellness makes no sense. I am going to share few of the Check in Practices in the form of GAME which may help you to Get Started in the "Journey of Self Awareness" and "Wellness"

How to Play:

Step 0: Send me your interest to join this game in the number shared below(through whatsapp), will share the registration link

Step 1: Choose a relatively free time on a particular day to Practice

Step 2: Sit in a comfortable position, Lie down if needed, Close your eyes, and Practice Deep Breathing (As Slow as Possible) for few minutes (Typically 5 minutes)

Step 3:  Observe your Heart for few minutes and Check in for your Happiness Quotient (or ask yourself How Happy I am?) in the scale of 1 to 10 and stay with that for few minutes.

Step 4: Practice Deep Breathing again for few minutes and open your eyes.

Step 5: Make a note of the Happiness Quotient/ Experience in a diary/notebook.

Step 6: If you lack motivation/ have questions/ need support to practice, Call me and fix a mutually agreed time slot, I will be supporting & practicing with you.

Step 7: Share your experience/reflections with me & the community who plays with you.
