Unhealthy Habits!


During my wellness conversations with clients I am observing how different lifestyle habits affects their health in a big way, I have decided to document all such habits I come across personally so that others can relate to it and start working on it.
  • Not Eating when hungry, taking hunger casually
  • Not Eating when hungry because of Work
  • Having dinner at 11.30 pm
  • Sleeping at 1.00 am
  • Waking up with an alarm
  • Drinking 3 glasses of water for better elimination
  • Drinking 4 liters of water/day without much thirst 
  • Drinking tea/coffee for better elimination
  • Eating micro meals - Not eating enough/full stomach
  • Eating too often - Frequent Eating - more than 4, 5 times
  • Eating without keen hunger
  • No/ Very Minimal Physical Activity
  • Eating without proper elimination and hunger
  • Drinking Tea/Coffee often to stay active
  • Not having Fruits in daily diet
  • Eating Less than 100 grams of vegetables in daily diet
  • Eating more than 80% grains on daily diet
  • Having fears about  Diseases & Health Conditions
  • Having fears about hereditary health conditions
  • Overeating because of Stress, Anger, Restlessness, Fear, Anxiety, Doubts, Joy, ..
  • Eating fast because of Cravings, Addiction, Starvation, ..
  • Starving because of different emotional states
  • Starving intentionally for a cause (political, spiritual, to meet demands, to get empowered, ..)
  • Having a specific repetitive diet pattern with 1-4 fruits, 4-6 vegetables, 1-3 grains  for a longer period
  • Avoiding some fruits, veggies, greens, ..
  • Avoiding seasonal foods
  • Not including different types of grains in diet
  • Eating spice & oil rich foods frequently
