6 TIPS FOR BETTER SPINAL HEALTH - Kevin Hinton

As with all topics of health we must be omni-lateral = look at all aspects of a topic in order to attain to best philosophy and practice.
To do this we examine physical, chemical and mental.
Best conditions for the spine include:
1. Ensuring that the spine remains strong, flexible and supple through a non-violent form of exercise performed on a regular and consistent basis.
2. Ensure that load bearing is not too great = we are not a beast of burden.
3. Maintain ‘Postural Integrity’ = sitting, standing, sleeping.
4. Maintaining a body weight that does not stress the spine = a living foods diet eaten in proportion to activity.
5. Apply anti-gravity positions = lie on an incline (gentle) for a few minutes each day to counter the downward pressure of gravity which compresses the intervertebral discs over a period of time.
6. Use hydrotherapy techniques such as spinal baths and Sumerian baths to assist in the grand function of circulation.
And… as the spine is always an appendage of the brain – keep the thoughts clean, pure and forward thinking.
