First Meal: Green Juice (150 ml)
Second Meal: Mono Fruit Meal (fulfilling quantity)
Third Meal: Raw Vegetable Salad ( around 400 grams for an adult)
Fourth Meal: Conservatively cooked meal with 2 to 3 parts of vegetables and 1 part of grain (fulfilling quantity)
