Participant Reflections: Subtler Elements of Healing!

இந்த வகுப்பு ஒரு புதுமையான அனுபவமாக இருந்தது.
உணவு தான் உடலை இயக்குவதாக நினைத்துக் கொண்டிருந்தேன்இப்பொழுது தான் புரிந்தது உணவு வேண்டும், ஆனால் உணவு மட்டுமே நாம் உயிருடன் இருக்க உதவவில்லை.எப்படி இடைவெளி விட்டு வாழ வேண்டும், மற்றும் தியானம் அனைத்தும் அருமை.
இன்னும் பல விஷயங்களையும் அழகாகவும், பொறுமையுடனும், விளக்கமாக எடுத்துரைத்த Mr. வினேத் அவர்களுக்கு மிக்க நன்றி.

Ganesan:

Healing always happens from inside. Vitality or life force performs healing. Support is the only thing which can be given from outside. When the causes are removed, with right inputs, right actions and right environment the organism will heal by itself.
Body and mind is controlled by life force.
Needs of life force - purpose of life, passions,
Body and mind are tools to fulfill life force's needs. Not for fulfilling needs of body and mind
Gross and subtle elements for healing
Order of creation- from space comes air, from air comes light, from light water, from.water earth, from earth plants, from plants food which is essential for all beings for sustenance

99.99% of atom us space. If we remove all space from.a person what is left can be contained in a 15 micron box. All human beings minus space can be enclosed in a sugar cube. Hence space plays a very important role in healing

Space is felt either in congestion or in vacuum...two extremes. Lack of movement is lack of space. Life is movement. Without movement there is no life. Movement is facilitated only by space. Most of our diseases are caused by lack of space which is pressure. Pain is caused by pressure which is due to lack of space
Relationship suffer due to lack of space in that
Without my space I cannot be healthy

Air is nutrition. Blood cells need oxygen. Our skin is also continuously breathing
Space and air are the food consumed 24x7
Air is excreted 24x7
Subtler the food higher is its potency. Hence fasting is healthier than consuming large quantities of healthy food

If you eat without hunger, be aware and eat. Over a period you will get over the compulsion to eat. Be conscious while eating enjoying every morsel. Chew till the good in your mouth becomes tasteless

Minimalism - minimizing the needs

Mouna virudham, unna virudham

Intermittent fasting, periodic fasting, progressive fasting

Breathing practice - alternate nostril or both nostrils, four steps - inhale, hold, exhale, hold is one cycle. 5 cycles is one set, after every set do normal breathing for some time, 3 set one session, one day minimum 3 sessions
1/2 hour before and after eating

Subtler than space and air is mind, intellect and ego

Healing can be done only by us through our life force/ vitality.....
Also life force controls our body and mind...
Our passion is our life purpose...
When the causes for our sufferings r identified and  removed...then thru, right input, right actions and right environment..., the organism cures itself...
By knowing the order of creation, we understand that space acts as an outer frame/ container which contains air, light, water , earth/ plants/ food...
This sunlight, air and space...(physical) are subtler elements...
Different types of movement (like electric, electro- magnetic, uyirottam, kattrotam etc..)makes us feel the space...
Earth has lot of movements as compared to other planets...
So, without space, no movement...
(This was very beautifully demonstrated, through an activity)☺

The main cause of Illness is LACK OF SPACE...

So, one should create a physical and emotional space for their wellbeing

Next, Air.. has all  nutrition and exhales all the unnecessary things.. like carbon etc..
....Also air is breathed thru pores of all parts of our body...

PRACTICES FOR REALIZING SPACE
1. Aana paana meditation
2. Pasithu pusi..(eat when you are hungry only...)
3.Eat with awareness
4.Eat in silence
5.Creative occupation
6.Minimal needs
7.Silence
8.Fasting (under mentor's guidance)
9.Breathing practices...two types...Breathing thru 2 nostrils and alternative...
10. Every 1hr, for 2 mts.. realizing space..thru silent sitting...

More subtler elements are mind, intellect and ego... and beyond that...is SURRENDER

இயற்கை சார்ந்த நம் வாழ்வியல் முறையை இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் நாம் மறந்து விட்டோம் என்பதை நினைவில் கொண்டு வந்தது மற்றும் பஞ்சபூத சக்திகளின் ஆற்றல் தான் மனிதனின் உயிரோட்ட பாதைக்கு வழி வகுக்கிறது என்பதையும்​ இந்த வகுப்பில் நான் தெரிந்து கொண்டேன் மனித வளம் காக்க இது போன்ற வகுப்புகள் மூலம் நாம் அனைவரும் பயன் பெறலாம் வாய்ப்பளித்ததற்கு மிக்க நன்றி.
