Recipe: Curry Leaves, Amla & Ginger Drink!

Ingredients - For 4 Servings:
Curry Leaves - 2 Handful
Amla - 4 No's
Ginger - 1 Inch

Preparation:
  • Wash all the ingredients, Remove seeds from Amla, Peel the Skin of Ginger  
  • Add all the ingredients in the mixer and add 600 ml of water
  • Grind it for a minute 
  • Filter and Serve
  • Sip it slowly

Hi Padma, As Nature Cure Practitioners we don't acknowledge a specific benefit of a food, I can say this drink as massively helped my wife during her pregnancy to stay aligned in Nature Cure Practice without any supplements. According to science curry leaves is rich in iron, amla is rich in vitamin c.
