Let's Celebrate Space!

In our life natural exercises, we have learned and understood through knowledge and experience of how SPACE is helpful in enhancing our health and happiness. In general, we create that Space in our body and mind by savoring the food when hungry, fasting and by doing meditation. Other than these ways, even in our day to day life we can create necessary Space, which has an impact on our health and helps us adopt a healthy lifestyle. Let us  take a look at some of these ways:     
     
First, the objects that are residuary or no longer in use after several years can be given away to those in need or sold away for a reasonable second-hand price.                       

Next is to develop awareness about analyzing the use of a certain new object that we want to buy, i.e., whether we really need that object, or it is essential for us or we want to buy it out of fancy and comfort or just because we are influenced by other outside factors. We should develop that sort of awareness before buying any new object.           

The last but not the least is to devote enough time and space for all dimensions of our life. This is possible only by attaching necessary importance to each and every dimension of our life like health, career, family, children, relationships, etc. We should not compromise on any of these.             

In case, there is an absence or lack of health in any of these dimensions, it should be identified and given enough space and time.
