Tender coconut diet!


*Whenever hunger is felt sip tender coconut water slowly,  keep it in mouth for sometime and swallow.
*Consume only tender coconut water and avoid tender coconut meat. Prefer tender coconuts which has only water.
*Don't try to you finish the opened tender coconut at once, have as much as required and stop.
*Conclude tender coconut diet with watery fruits such as watermelon, muskmelon, papaya, ....
***Always take up dieting with the support of a mentor.
